Don’t sit on hold, we can do that for you
Whilst our hold times are usually very low or non existent outside of busy periods, we have today started trialling an update to our phone system that will allow you to ask the system to hold for you.
If you join a queue with the new feature enabled, and if there is anyone in the queue ahead of you, the system will now give you the option to press a button to receive a call back when your space in the queue reaches an agent.
This will save you sitting on hold during any busy periods, and the system will hold your spot for you and call you back when the next agent is free.
